Paul Anand, B.A., obtained his real estate license in 2000 and joined
Harvey Kalles Real Estate, a high end independent brokerage in Toronto.
He honed his skills on the rental market and began to promote the benefits of living and investing in income properties. In 2003, Paul formed his own brokerage, Plex Realty Corporation, to specialize in developing and serving this market further.
